    What an experience of customer focused service.   Opted for the Italian Beef with Gardinera and dipped.  Its a must have.   Grab a bunch of napkins.

    If you were to die and go to heaven the first thing you would see is our waiter Tim in a Portillo's. This man literally goes above and beyond for you and will lay his life on the line to make sure you have the greatest dining experience possible. I've only known this man for a little under an hour and he's already the greatest thing to ever happen to me, asides from Portillo's hot dogs. Putting the double bacon cheeseburger in your mouth is a better feeling than putting the whole ass tiddy in your mouth and their malts are thiccer than an IG model. To sum up my thoughts and feeling s towards Portillo's I'll leave you with a scenario. If my wife were to go into labor and I were stuck with the task of driving her to the hospital and I happen to drive by a Portillo's, I'm pulling in the drive thru on our way there.

    Always messes up my orders in the drive thru. Ordered a chopped salad and did not receive a chopped salad. Numberous times they have forgotten items in the order. Fries are always stale

    First Portillios I've been too where it would be considered messy/dirty .  It was not crowded yet the raw where the napkins, ketchup and utensils are was littered with ketchup cups, napkins straws.  

    The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile.   Whoever is managing this Portillios is not doing a very good job on his quality control.
